The Atlas of Wars update is out

"Atlas of Wars and conflicts in the world - 2th Edition Supplement" has been finally published

Afghanistan. Ukraine. The growing nuclear threat. The developments in the negotiations for the Political Declaration on Explosive Weapons in Populated Areas. The last four months of 2021 and 2022 seem to have inflicted serious harm to the diplomatic paths to peace and program for assisting civilian victims of conflicts worldwide. The events happened so fast that L'Osservatorio and its partner Atlas of Wars could not waste time and write about it in the next volume.

That's the reason for this supplement: forgetting nothing, missing nothing, and, above all, more understanding of facts that concern everyone.
