Mike Smith, Chairperson, Commission of Inquiry on Eritrea, presents the report to the 28th Session at the Human Rights Council in Geneva.

In 2014, the Human Rights Council established the Commission of Inquiry on human rights in Eritrea, initially for a period of one year, pursuant to its resolution 26/24.
